PAYMENT
Payment is required at the time of the session. Cash, Credict Card, Cheque and/or E-Transfer are accepted. Individuals will receive a detailed receipt at the time of payment which can be submitted for reimbursement directly from their insurance providers. Services are also a tax deductible medical expense.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend a session, you are required to provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment or you have not provided notification, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
